1. Agreement

By accessing https://mufasoft.com, enrolling in a course, or using any service of MufaSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

MufaSoft provides software training programs including but not limited to full-stack web development, Python development, and data analytics. Course content, duration, fees, batch schedules, and modes (online/offline) are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. Placement assistance is provided as per our placement policy but employment is not guaranteed.

3. Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment or written confirmation by MufaSoft.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change for future batches.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
• Installment plans, if offered, must be agreed in writing before the batch start date.

4. Student Conduct

Students must attend classes responsibly, respect instructors and peers, and not engage in disruptive, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour on campus or in online sessions. MufaSoftreserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of institute policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials, slides, code samples, videos, and branding are the intellectual property of MufaSoft or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MufaSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes or provide alternatives.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
